Quandel Enterprises, LLC is currently hiring a Project Accountant to work in our Harrisburg office. The Project Accountant will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of project costs, leading the monthly billing process, and analyzing budget variances. The role will coordinate with project management to provide timely and accurate financial information from project inception through close out.

What You Will Do:
The Project Accountant will have a lead role in the setup and maintenance of project accounting files, reporting, analysis, and forecasting. You will review and verify the accuracy of project estimates and budgets while also developing an understanding of financial aspects. The Project Accountant manages the monthly billing cycle with the project team and prepares and distributes complete billing packages with all necessary documents. You will be responsible for reviewing change order logs and supplier, vendor, and subcontractor invoices. It is the responsibility of the Project Accountant to build, strengthen, and maintain good relationships with vendors through organization and communication.

Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
